Brief itinerary

Day 1: Pick up in Nairobi and driven to Amboseli National Park where you will have afternoon game drive.

Day2: Morning and Afternoon game drives in Amboseli National Park.

Day 3: Driven to Lake Naivasha where you will have a walking safari at the Hell’s gate National park.

Day 4: Taken to Masai Mara where you will have an afternoon game drive.

6 DAYS KENYA SAFARI DAY TO DAY ITINERARY

DAY ONE: NAIROBI TO AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

In the morning, your dedicated driver and guide will pick you from the Airport or your city Hotel. After introduction and short briefing, you’ll embark on a scenic and leisurely drive to Amboseli National Park, soaking in the picturesque landscapes along your journey. Upon arrival at the park’s entrance, you’ll be seamlessly transported to your exquisite lodge nestled within the park’s heart. You will arrive in time for a delightful lunch.

After lunch and a moment of relaxation, prepare for an exciting late afternoon game drive where you’ll have the opportunity to explore and admire Amboseli’s diverse attractions and wildlife. As evening approaches, return for a delectable dinner at your lodge.

After dinner, unwind by gathering around a cozy bonfire with refreshments or choose to retreat into the comfort of your luxurious room for a restful night’s sleep.

Amboseli National Park boasts of over 80 different types of Mammals and over 400 bird species. Animals which can be seen in the park include Cape buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, spotted hyena, Masai giraffe, Grant’s zebra, wildebeest and many others. Birds which you might come across are Madagascar Pond-Heron, Lesser Flamingo, Lesser Kestrel and the Shoebill and many others.

DAY TWO: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

 DAY THREE: AMBOSELI TO LAKE NAIVASHA

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at Amboseli before embarking on an unforgettable journey to the picturesque Lake Naivasha. En route, we will pause briefly to soak in the breathtaking panorama of the Great Rift Valley from a scenic viewpoint. Upon arrival, you’ll be just in time for a delightful lunch, followed by a short period of relaxation.

Once rejuvenated, prepare to immerse yourself in nature’s splendour with a guided walk at Hell’s Gate National Park. Here, amidst vast grassy plains, you can witness an array of wildlife including majestic giraffes, graceful elands and hartebeests, mighty buffalos, as well as various smaller gazelles and antelopes. Though elusive and seldom spotted, lions, cheetahs, and leopards also call this park their home.

 DAY FOUR: NAIVASHA TO MASAI MARA

Your journey will take you through the diverse landscapes of the expansive Masai Mara National Reserve. Around midday, you’ll pause for a delightful picnic lunch beneath the shade of a majestic acacia tree. Post-lunch, your game drives will resume as you explore more of this stunning reserve. As evening approaches, you may choose to immerse yourself in local culture with a visit to a Maasai village (extra cost).
